Consult to your local BMW, and bring in info on the car and the carfax the seller SHOULD provide you with. The dealer will will be able to tell you what you can do with it. Good luck!!!! WAIT!!! I just checked out the vehicle carfax, and it has 16 records in their database!! You definetly will want to check that out before even bringing it to the dealer.
