Who is Flo-Rida talkin about?

I kno this song is kinda old at this point, but I was just curios who Flo-Rida was talking about in the song "Elevator" when he says "used to date Kanye, now she want me" At first I thought maybe Brandy, but idk if they were dating when the song came out, and also i looked around the internet and I couldn't find anywhere that Kanye ever dated her.. Maybe this is a dumb question cuz it mighta jus been a video chick, but I was just kinda curious if anyone know.. Thanks!
