Why do We vote if Electoral college decides the president?
It makes me sick that people, especially white people, continue to make excuses for their government. "The electors pledge to vote for a certain candidate," is one I keep hearing. A lot of you think that you are free because you are white, when in actuality you are not. I am not prejudice by a long shot, we are all brothers and until we realise this we will be in the captivity of the elite. A lot of people, not saying even a percentage because even one percent of the population is a lot of people, are voting for Obama because they feel that he will somehow allow them to possess more material wealth. We have lost our way as citizens of this great country. I know I have a lot of extra answers, but I will leave you with something to think about. During the civil rights movement the majority of the population disagreed with the Jim Crow Laws and The Black Codes, but the legislation was ped. Why are we a reactionary public? Why do we allow legislation to be ped and then consent or contest it? It angers me.
