A married guy kissed me?

I was at work the other night and i was jokin around w/ this guy like we always do.. everyone at work was havin fun cuzz the sink over flowed w/ bubbles and stuff. lol but then i went in the walkin fridge to get some stuff and he grabbed me and kissed me. i didnt kiss him back or anything..... but he is married and has 5 kids and im only 17! I feel so weird. I dont want him to loose him job but I dont know what to do..
