Getting a car? Need model and price help?

there are only a few posabilities for that price range and that year one is a jeep cherokee, that is a good car you could get a 2000 with about 70-80k miles on it for about 4000 and a honda civic would have to be a couple years older to be 4000 you could get a 1998 civic with under 100k miles and that is a good quality car. my advice would be look in the local paper or craigslist and find cars in your range then do some reserch on them to see tf they are good cars.
