Help for Blackberry bn ereader.. please help me!!! 10 easy points!!?

I have been using the blackberry bn ereader and it has worked fine.. however.. like all the difficult tech in the world these days.. it doesnt anymore..i try to log in to my account and i get the error, "the request failed with response code-1" wat does that even mean??so basically i cannot use it on my bb curve 8900 in some ways.. itll let me see the original books i have on there.. but not downloaded books :P someone please help i waited a long time to hear from barnes and noble customer service :P i cannot stand it anymore.. i really need to use it for hw!!!
