I need some advice please?

So i am sick, pretty sick, i have a cough and am congested pretty bad, but i am late a couple days with my period, which i am usually not late with, i have heard, being sick can cause this, and i broke out a little, which usually happens when im about to get it, but i have not had any cramps, which i always have, please help me
