Neeeed Helppppp with my sister !!!?

ok so heres the deal, my sis is in atl(atlanta) right now and shes talking about on facebook how much she loves it. then about 15 mins ago she wrote "bye bye ******, im moving to atlanta next year. i don't want to be a downer on her plans and everything but im gonna feel kinda lost without her. i know it isn't finalize or anything but the thought of her leaving is really hard for me to process. we've been like best friends since our birth and shes the best big sister ever. might i add that shes in medical school where we live and has a really good job here too. What im asking is how can i convince her that it would be better for her to stay down here and not move. to be honest i think she just wants to move down there for the partying and that's the last thing she needs.
