VERY ITCHY RED LUMPS ALL OVER MY BODY SPREADING?

i noticed these spot sort of lumps on my neck they became very itchy after a day now i hve them on my best and all at my back i cant stop itching there very red and spreading bd im gonna go walk in centre tomorrow but i mquite scared at how bad its got it doesnt look normal its like a little rash them alls pots inside it that are very red
