What kind of foundation, eyeliner do u use?

the eyeliner i use is revlon lbut its the glide one i guess? idk it not a pencil where u have to sharpen but it rubs of by the time i get on the bus and its the last thing i do b4 i leave the house. Waht eyeliner should i get and use so it stays on iv never tried the pencil i heard it hurts the reason it always comes of it becasue my eyes like water kind of not where its dripping down my face but i know when u yawn and it like tears in ur eyes, mine are always like that. PLease GIVE me advice of what to use ro get or how to apply and what kind of foundation because i want to start using some but i dont want to look fake like a lot of the girls in my school. Help please
