Testicular torsion! Help!?

I'm pretty sure I have it becuase the tube goin to my left testical feel swollen and lumpy. I'm 15 too and I checked the symptoms and what not and it said it usualy happens to teenagers, the thing is I'm not sure how long I have had it because on websites it says it's an emergancy and should be dealt with within 6 hours. It also days it's painfull bur I just feel a slight pain at the moment. So should I tell my parents and go to a&e now, or should I wait nd see if I feel pain then get my mum to book me an opointment ?
