I think you have expressed it well. I was able to feel the downs and ups - of the depressive cycle. Depression is a strange thing. I go through spells too. It can grab you and ruin your life - but it is only a "way of looking" at things. Fight for the right to a "good outlook". I would put your 2nd stanza on your wall - as a reminder of what to shoot for. God Bless ♥
